Why is the 'Panda Calling'?

Our Earth. A precious and a unique home for all of us. Look closely at it. You will find a heart inside. It’s breathing and beautiful, and is perhaps the only planet that has such diverse life. We all exist in an intricate and interdependent energy system, where each living being occupies a singular space. Synergistic co-existence is the only route for a living planet. However, humans are making irrational demands from our planet. We are pushing our resources to a point of no return by using nearly 30% more natural resources than can be replenished. Effectively, the Earth’s regenerative capacity can no longer keep up with our demands – people are turning resources into waste faster than nature can turn waste back into resources. another Earth, to meet our growing demands! We all need to stop the degradation of our natural environment. A handful of concerned people cannot alone reverse this degradation being caused by over a billion people in this country and over another five billion across the globe. For effective action we need commitment across the board. We need to save our planet and we together can build a future where humans can live in harmony with nature.
